These dynamic sessions are divided into three distinct parts. They start with a progressive and stimulating warm-up, focusing on cardiovascular preparation and joint mobility. Next, a series of varied exercises combining cardio, muscle strengthening, and agility provides a full-body workout. The session concludes with a stretching and recovery module, promoting muscle relaxation and optimal recovery.
