Class taught by Ann de tala Nritya
A mix of Bombay and Hollywood, Bollywood refers to the dances and songs found in Indian cinema. Bollywood is inspired by classical dance with elements of Jazz, Salsa, Bellydance and even Hip Hop. This dance activates blood circulation, stimulates acupuncture points and nerve endings, and brings the body into balance. The neck, hips, and torso are solicited.
Attire: Barefoot or non-slip socks/shoes.
