Classes given by Sandrine & Justine
Born in the 16th century, classical dance symbolizes "grace, elegance and precision". It combines flexibility and posture and requires rigorous coordination of all parts of the body. Our Monday class is open to all levels. Tuesday's class is for intermediate/advanced levels and combines teenagers and adults in the same class.
Teen-adult class attire: preferably black tunic, black skirt, pink tights, pink slippers and hair tied up in a bun
Adult class attire: sporty and comfortable loose-fitting outfit, close to the body (ideally a dance tunic & tights/legging), slippers and hair tied up.
