Salsa classes with Cristina

Wednesday: 19:00 - 20:00 - Salsa 1 (At least 6 months' regular Cuban salsa experience)
Wednesday: 20:00 - 21:00 - Salsa Beginners

Attire: Comfortable sportswear and shoes with non-marking soles.

Passionate about body expression, dance and music, Cristina invites you to discover Cuban salsa and rueda de casino, where musicality, rhythm and estilo are the key elements. Her approach will help you get out on the dance floor and awaken your dancing soul, while laying a solid foundation before moving on to more in-depth learning.

 You will learn to :

Level 1 (7pm) : !! At least 6 months' regular Cuban salsa experience. !!     

Performing emblematic figures (Setenta, Sombrero, Kentucky, etc.)

Link up steps and figures, while absorbing the rhythm and developing an appropriate body expression.

Explore the unique dynamics, circularity and interplay of Cuban salsa and rueda de casino.        

Level Beginners (8pm) :

Master the basic steps (casino, guapea, vuelta, camina, enchufla-dile que no, etc...)

A course specially designed for beginners at the start of the cycle, so that they acquire the necessary basics and can fully enjoy the pleasure of dancing with a minimum of baggage movements.
