Classes given by Valentina & Cristina
Attire: comfortable and sporty loose-fitting clothes, sport shoes with non-marking soles. No dress shoes or sports shoes that have been worn outside.
Cristina, Vincent & Valentina have always been in search of body expression, and offers you the chance to discover your dancing soul through Cuban salsa and rueda de Casino. Musicality, rhythm and estilo are the strong points of her experience, and with Vincent for technique and guidance, the "pair" complement each other perfectly so that you dare to take to the dance floor, before any more in-depth learning takes place.
Cristina and Vincent will introduce you to :
- Master the basic steps (casino, guapea, vuelta, camina, ...)
- Perform the best-known basic figures (enchufla, setenta, sombrero, ...)
- Link up steps and figures, soaking up the rhythm and adopting the right body expression.
- The dynamics, circularity and interactivity of Cuban salsa and rueda de casino.
At the beginning of the cycle, these classes are specially designed for beginners, so that they can learn the basics and enjoy themselves with a minimum of movement.
