Swim to get back in shape is an initiative of Eric Bott, Alderman for Youth and Sports.
Encouraging everyone to (re)get moving is one of his major concerns, hence the establishment of the program "walk, run, cycle and now swim for my form".
The objective is to keep or progressively get back in shape, in a group, in a good atmosphere and under professional supervision.
"I swim for fitness" is a program of 5 sessions of 45 minutes supervised by our instructors. The program is progressive and will be adapted to each participant according to his or her level of fitness.
The program is renewable. This is not a swimming course.
Sunday morning from 8:45 to 9:30 am. Duration of the supervised session: 45 minutes
Arrival 15 minutes in advance to go to the reception and put on your swimsuit.
Schedule of 5-session cycles:
Price of the program: 50€/pers.
No refunds will be made in case of non-attendance at a session of the program.
