These courses are specially designed for adults who can't swim and want to learn in complete safety. Sessions take place in small groups of no more than 8 participants, guaranteeing personalised attention and optimal learning. Supervised by an experienced instructor, lessons take place in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, allowing everyone to progress at their own pace.
Over the course of the sessions, you'll learn the essential basics of swimming, such as breathing, buoyancy and the fundamental movements of the different strokes. Whether you've never swum before or are looking to overcome an apprehension about the water, these classes offer you a great opportunity to learn about swimming while having fun.
