Self-Defense Classes with Tran and Kévin

Program of the course:

  • Warm-up: Physical preparation to prevent injuries and optimize performance.
  • Managing aggression with striking techniques: Learn how to react to an attack with simple and effective movements.
  • Dealing with difficult situations: Discover how to free yourself from grabs, chokes, holds, or respond to knife threats or sudden attacks.
  • Scenario-based drills: Practice your skills in realistic and safe exercises.
  • Stretching: Release muscle tension and improve flexibility.
  • Relaxation and meditation: End the session calmly to regain peace and enhance mental well-being.
