This class is open to all levels.
"Vinyasa" means "flow", the combination of breath and movement. This practice dynamically links yoga postures like a dance with the rhythm of your breath.
Each breath corresponds to a movement and this synchronization allows you to invigorate your body, to develop strength and flexibility, to acquire more balance.
Also, by working in parallel on the breath, this practice brings you inner peace, centering, calm and tranquility.
You will leave this Vinyasa Yoga class feeling more in harmony with your body and mind, with more mental clarity, more vigor and enthusiasm, ready to go on with your day totally re-energized.
