Course given by Fuji Nakamura
Divided into three distinct parts, these mixed sessions begin with a progressive and dynamic warm-up directly inspired by aerobics. We then move on to sequences of exercises, some with light weights (hand weights, elasticized bands, body bars, weighted ankles,...) for a general and harmonious muscle strengthening. The session is punctuated by a module of stretching and relaxation that promotes a return to optimal calm.
