Body sculpt

  • Monday from 10:30 to 11:30 am
  • Tuesday from 8:15pm to 9:15pm
  • Friday from 10:30am to 11:30am & from 6pm to 7pm
  • Sunday from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Divided into three distinct parts, these mixed sessions begin with a progressive and dynamic warm-up directly inspired by aerobics. We then move on to sequences of exercises, some with light weights (hand weights, elasticized bands, body bars, weighted ankles,...) for a general and harmonious muscle strengthening. The session is punctuated by a module of stretching and relaxation that promotes a return to optimal calm.
